How long are your events?
All of our events at The Gran Plaza are 5 hours in duration. We believe this timeframe allows ample time for you and your guests to enjoy your special occasion to the fullest.
 
What time must events end? 
To comply with our venue policies, all events must conclude by midnight. This ensures a smooth and timely transition for both guests and staff. Additionally, please note that there is a one-hour clean-up period scheduled immediately following the event.

When can we begin setting up for our event?
You are welcome to start setting up for your event as early as 10:00 am on the day of your reservation. This allows plenty of time for decorations, equipment setup, and any other preparations you may need to make for your event.0

What payment methods do you accept? 
We accept payment in the form of money orders or cashier's checks only. Please note that we do not accept credit cards.

Are there any restrictions on decorations or entertainment?

Can I bring in outside vendors for services such as photography or entertainment?
Yes, you are welcome to bring in outside vendors for services such as photography, entertainment, and floral arrangements. However, we do require all vendors to provide proof of insurance and adhere to our venue guidelines.

Are there any noise restrictions for events?
To respect our neighboring businesses and residents, we enforce noise restrictions during events. Our team will work with you to ensure that your event remains within acceptable noise levels.

Is Wi-Fi available for guests?
Yes, we provide high-speed wireless internet access for all event attendees. Whether you need to stay connected for business or share moments with loved ones, our Wi-Fi network is at your disposal.
